Had difficulty programing my TV to cable remote; none of the codes worked. I called Continental Cable, got Antonio on the phone and he patiently walked me thru several easy steps to get it to work. I had two TV's to program; one of them took numerous tried. He was calm and patient as he walked me thru each step a few times. Thanks Antonio.
